News update
Check out the current issue of Artweek to see my essay on the role of craft and comics in the Northwest. There is a distinct link between what is called "craft" and practitioners of comics. The two sides might not see the connection, but I see the sympathy between the two.
I have an entry in Justin Bland's 'zine Peter Pan. It's a very smart collection of found, curated and manipulated imagery dealing with the Peter Pan mythos.
And finally I have to call attention to my good friend Paul McMahon's new website. It includes his cards, short films, found photos and other projects. It was designed by Blue Mouse Monkey.

Sculptures dropped off in Baker City
I dropped off the Archer and Stag in Baker City this past weekend. They will be cast in bronze at Blue Mountain Foundry. It was great to meet Tyler Fouts, the owner. I know they'll be in good hands. I keep getting closer to completion on this project. I was a nice change to be in a drier climate. Here's a view of downtown and below is a close up the interior of the kiln for the bronze.
